Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book my senior session?  

The earlier, the better! Most seniors book 2–4 months in advance to get their preferred date and season. If you have a yearbook deadline, aim to book in late summer or early fall so we have time for editing and print orders.  

How long does a session last?

Most sessions last between 1-3 hours, depending on the number of outfits and locations you choose.  We make sure there is enough time for relaxed, natural shots without feeling rushed. 

Do you photograph both high school and college seniors?   

We sure do!  Whether you are finishing high school or walking across the stage for a degree, we'd love to help capture this amazing milestone in your life.  

Do you travel to other cities or campuses?  

What about hair and makeup? 

We highly recommend professional hair and makeup for that extra polish, but it is not required. If you're doing your own, keep it natural and similar to how you usually look, so you feel comfortable in your photos. We do have local preferred makeup artists to whom we can refer you. 

How long before I see my photos? 

Before we leave the photo session, we schedule your image reveal/ordering meeting, typically within the next 2-3 weeks.  

What if the weather is bad at the time of my session?

We adapt to our weather!  We use weather tracking apps, especially If it's raining or we get extreme weather.  We'll reschedule for the soonest date that works for both of us if conditions are not favorable for your session.  Your session is all about you looking and feeling your best, and we want the backdrop to match.  

What happens if I need to reschedule?  

We understand that life happens.   Just let us know as soon as possible so that we can find a new date that works for both of us.   Multiple reschedule requests may incur additional fees.
